  • In the months after giving birth, new mums require more kilojoules to help with the healing process as the body needs to restore a lot of nutrients. Our meals are packed full of healing nutrients such as Vitamin C, Zinc, Amino Acids, Omega 3's, Iron, Calcium and Vitamin A. Nutrition directly impacts our mood so nutrients such as Magnesium, Zinc, Omega 3's, Amino Acids, B Vitamins and Vitamin C (to name a few), can help to support the nervous system reducing the risk of post natal depression and improving quality of sleep.
  • Our qualified chefs hand-make each meal. We choose to make our meals from scratch over mass food production because we know handmade tastes better.
