Once you’ve subscribed, you can easily make changes to your menu selection every week before your weekly cutoff (indicated on your customer dashboard).

By choosing Build Your Own, you can personalise your plan by selecting the number of meals you want, mixing low-calorie meals under 400 calories with regular-sized meals.
