Our healthy meals are prepared by chefs using highly nutritious, fresh ingredients. We also offer a meal delivery service so health-conscious, time poor Canberrans can have their tasty meals delivered to their door each week, with no meal prep required!
Each of our delicious and healthy meals are either 350 or 450 calories with the ability to include both within our Mix & Match meal plan. There are some gluten free and dairy free meals to be found within each meal plan too.
If your goal is to lose weight it can be easy with Chefgood. The Slim & Trim meal plan provides sustained weight loss with fresh ingredients, smaller portion sizes, and calorie-controlled meals which truly taste delicious.
The Train & Tone meal plan offers 450 calorie meals for weight maintenance. With zero meal prep and the option to order between 10 and 21 prepared meals a week, there is more time in your day for training!
Vegetarians and vegans can also enjoy our 350 calorie meal plans designed to provide plant-based nutrition with a variety of inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

Can I freeze my meals and eat them later?
Yes, most of our freshly-made Chefgood meals are suitable for freezing. Check the information on the label if you’re unsure.
How do I sign up and get started with a Chefgood meal plan?
The online process is very easy. Simply choose your preferred meal plan, select your meal options and add to your cart. Complete your details and submit your order. You now have a weekly subscription for freshly made, super yummy, healthy meals with a meal delivery service!
Billing is automatic but you can change, pause or cancel your subscription by logging into your account before the weekly cut-off time.
Do you deliver in Canberra and when do I have to order?
Our meal delivery service offers home delivery to most postcodes within Canberra. Place your order before cut off (Wednesday 11:30pm) and your weeks’ worth of chef-prepared delicious meals will then arrive each week on a delivery day determined by your postcode.
Our menu changes each week so you’re never bored with the same old meals. You’re automatically opted in for weekly deliveries so if you’re a time poor Canberran you only need to log in if you want to make specific meal selections from the new menu. It’s too easy!
