1. Select your meals
Choose from the range of chef-made meals that are bursting with healthy and delicious ingredients. Choose meal plans for weight loss, weight maintenance, no added gluten, no added dairy, vegan or vegetarian.
2. Place your order
Simply place your order by 11.30 pm on Wednesday night. From the following Sunday, your week’s meals will arrive. Delivery dates for our healthy meals delivered in Brisbane and the Gold Coast depend on your postcode.
3. Enjoy home delivery!
Get fresh, healthy meals delivered to your home on a regular delivery day. Meals arrive in environmentally friendly recyclable cardboard boxes. Our foil bubble liners with thermally stable ice packs keep your healthy food delivery fresh for 4-8 hours (dependent on the air temperature).

Weight loss or weight maintenance
Chefgood Slim & Trim meal plans are calorie-controlled and designed specifically for weight loss. With only 350 calories per meal and all the nutrition you need to feel full – your weight loss journey is made easy. Or for those looking for healthy meals with slightly larger portion sizes – choose the Everyday Wellness range.
Vegan or vegetarian
Those on a plant-based diet can also enjoy our delicious and convenient healthy meals. Our vegan meals contain high protein meat alternatives such as tofu, chickpeas, beans and lentils. Our vegetarian meals contain the same veggie goodness but may also contain animal products such as eggs and dairy.
Chefgood has a range of No Added Gluten meals available including Asian Tofu Salad with Leafy Greens and Creamy Cauliflower, Mushroom and Chive Casserole. Chefgood also has No Added Dairy meals that will suit Vegans including Pan-Fried Tofu with Roasted Pumpkin and Kale and Vegetarian Cauliflower Fried Rice.
