The meals will last up to 7 days in the fridge however we have designed our weekly menus so that salads, eggs and sandwiches are to be consumed at the start of the week to maximise freshness.

CHEFGOOD sources the freshest produce that is cooked, packaged and delivered straight to your door. All our meals are vacuum sealed. This process removes the oxygen from the meals which allows the food to stay fresh for longer.

Yes you can freeze most of our meals excluding salads, egg dishes and sandwiches.

Unfortunately we cannot cater for specific food allergies however some meals may be suitable if you have a specific intolerance. Please contact us to confirm the suitability for you.

Yes, CHEFGOOD have a great variety of vegetarian meals which are interchangeable between our vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal plans.

Unfortunately we cannot offer specialised menus catering to specific dietary requirements. Our calorie counts are indicative and average in each of the categories and might not be appropriate for those adhering to strict nutritional guidelines, so please contact us to confirm the suitability for you.

Ordering

For added convenience, CHEFGOOD operates as a subscription service, meaning that your order will automatically renew each week. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel or suspend at any time during the week by logging into your account. Please cancel before cut off at 11.30pm Monday's in order to get a full refund (Week prior if you receive a Tuesday delivery)

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before 11.30pm Monday cut off. Go to My Account (top right hand corner Home Page)>Manage Subscription>Pause or Cancel. Customer must do this prior to Monday to avoid being charged.
Late cancellations for that weeks order (after Monday cut off up to Wednesday COB) incur a $50 cancellation fee. (Week prior if you receive a Tuesday delivery)

Orders need to be in by 11.30pm Monday (cut off) for delivery on Sunday/Monday, Tuesday ( please check the postcode tracker to see when your delivery day is).

If you place an order after cut off, your order will then be delivered the following Sunday/Monday however please ensure that your account is still active within this time. For any questions please contact our customer support at support@chefgood.com.au

Billing

Billing will occur when you first place your order and then every Monday or Tuesday thereafter for each weekly delivery.

By ordering our meals you have automatically opted in for a weekly subscription service. This means that you will receive a delivery every week unless you pause or cancel your account. Most of our customers set and forget however, as our menu changes each week, you may like to log into your account before every Monday cut off (Week prior if you receive a Tuesday delivery) to make menu substitutions. If you do not make any menu changes, you will receive the default menu for that week which is a variety of everything. We will also email you an interactive menu each week.

If your payment is declined you will be sent a notification email. The system will re attempt to bill you again on Tuesday before the cut off however if your payment still declines, someone from our customer service team will contact to you via phone.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours and the funds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delivery

We deliver to all of Metro Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Central Coast, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast. Please enter your delivery postcode on the website to see if we deliver to your area.

Delivery is a flat rate of $11 per week.

Orders need to be in by 11.30pm Monday (cut off) for delivery on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday (Week prior if you receive a Tuesday delivery). Delivery day will either fall on a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday depending on your delivery area. ( Please check your delivery day on the postcode checker that is at the bottom left of the homepage)

Delivery times change each week as per our delivery routes however you will get a TXT the night before your delivery and another with a live tracking link the day of the delivery.

No, but please ensure that you have a cool secure place as we cannot take responsibility after it has been dropped off. The boxes are thermally stable for 4-8 hours outside (dependent on the temperature outside, but we cannot be held responsible for this). Your goods have been refrigerated up until the minute they are delivered. Please update your delivery instructions to ensure our driver knows where to securely leave your package.

Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex, such as a code or buzzer or if it is okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate.

Dispose of your cardboard box and environmentally friendly wool as part of your normal recycling program. Ice packs can be refrozen for your own use.
