    We are the largest supplier of Challenge meals and have the meals most aligned to the app in every Challenge.

    We are the “go to” meal provider for many studio owners and trainers, who have seen the quality, variety, results (studio and national winners) over the past 7 Challenges.

    Our Chefs hail from the best fine dining restaurants in Australia and Europe.  We are a restaurant-style kitchen, not a manufacturing plant.



    Of course. We use Australian Barramundi NOT cheap frozen Basa fish from Vietnam, we only use the best produce. We NEVER use chicken booster, gravy powder or other nasties (yuk yuk yuk). Quality local ingredients and classic cooking techniques rule our kitchen. Not all prepared meals are the same.

    We get asked this question every day.  We use breast meat in all of our meals, it is by far the most popular with our customers.

    Where possible we include the meals from the Challenge app. In addition you get even more Challenge approved meals to choose from – giving you even more variety.
    You can be absolutely certain that every meal that is included in our Challenge menus has been double checked by the nutritionists at F45 and will meet the nutritional requirements for the phase.



    Cut off for ordering is at 1130pm on a Monday night and that food will be delivered the following Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday ( please check your postcode  in the delivery checker)
