The cat is out of the bag! We promised you an exciting 2016 and here it is: Ian Curley will be the first of a series of beloved Melbourne chefs to collaborate with Chefgood over the coming months. At Chefgood we like to keep things interesting, so we’ve launched this initiative with the help of some renowned chefs so we can keep delivering Melbourne’s most fashionable flavours to your door. Like these passionate foodies, we are dedicated to high quality food with unparalleled flavour.  This is why our meals have always been delivered fresh not frozen and packed full of the best fresh seasonal ingredients. Healthy and practical no longer has to be boring or bland, we’re taking care of that.

Our good friend Ian Curley is best known for his culinary brilliance as executive chef of The European Group which includes The European, Melbourne Supper Club and Siglo, as well as owning the recently launched Kirk’s Wine Bar.  Ian certainly has a lot on his plate, so we are delighted he could carve out time in his busy schedule for our shared passion of amazing food made with seasonal produce.

Together we will bring some of his famous flair to your kitchen. We’ll have a Curley designed menu item each week for the next three weeks starting with a mouth-watering  Baked ricotta, cauliflower & pea salad.
